The Lifeline Prayerline consists of a team of dedicated Intercessors, prayer warriors, business owners, professionals, counselors, teachers, pastors, ministers & more, who are committed to providing a daily dose of prayer, worship, and The Word. It is designed for individuals who desire intimacy with God, spiritual growth, strength, and encouragement. The Lifeline is here to touch and agree with you through prayer, and to create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone grows.
The Lifeline Prayerline is Hosted by the CEO and president, Apostle Dr. Emma McDuffie, and as of 2025 our "NEW" Co-host, Cindy Cason. One night the daughter of Dr. McDuffie was going through a very difficult time in her life, and understanding the power of prayer she cried out to God. However, In much desperation of needing a breakthrough she reached out to her mother to touch and agree. The Lord began to move causing testimonies of what God was doing to spread abroad, provoking others to want to join and be a part. From that experience, "The Lifeline Prayer line was birthed. Many believers who joined the prayer group experienced spiritual growth for themselves and on behalf of others; it has been a launching pad for ministries. The focal point is to provide a time of prayer, worship, and The Word, on a daily basis, Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 9 am. This prayer ministry has been gathering together daily and meeting annually for over ten years. The lifeline welcomes anyone who loves, wants, or needs to pray. The Lifeline has a motto that says, "This is a place guaranteed to bring resuscitation, revitalization, restoration, and even revelation for there is "Life" in the Word of God!" Our mission is to connect with intercessors, prayer warriors, and believers from all over to stand in the gap for others, including our community, government, country, and world. One unique aspect of our organization is that anyone can participate, whether you are experienced in prayer or new to it. It is not limited to prayer warriors but welcomes anyone who wants to pray or be prayed for. We also create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone's voice is valued. The foundation of it all is to promote unity and prayer in the body of Christ!

During a very difficult time in her life she cried out to God and called her mom Dr. McDuffie to touch and agree with her in prayer. They began to pray every morning at 5 am and as the word got out about what God was doing in prayer; many begin to join in and pray...the lifeline prayer group was started.

Dr. Emma McDuffie, the CEO and host of this prayer line is a phenomenal Woman of God. She is/has been dedicated to hosting the prayer line since 2014. Her leading the conversations and topics held on each call has caused lives to be changed. She make sure the use of participants time is held in an orderly fashion and teaches and fills in when necessary. Her maintaining the order and running of the line smoothly is second to none. She not only host, but opens up a portal for believers on all levels of faith to exercise their ministry in prayer.
She does this by providing a systematic routine and schedule based on the need of the participants.
She provides a platform for all prayer warriors to be able to minister according to their ability on line. She is committed to ensuring that the prayer services are conducted and each one is respected on every level that is represented.

Welcome to our "NEW" Co-Host Minister Cindy Cason, who does an awesome job in assisting our Apostle on the "The Lifeline", Elder Cindy Cason is a woman who truly loves God, and God's people. She has a beautiful heart for prayer and a passion for lifting others up in prayer , her desire to serve and assist is a true gift to this prayer line.
"The late" Co-Host Elder Paulette R. Woodside was a phenomenal assistant to the prayer line host from 2015-2024. She helped to manage the activity on the prayer line and to ensure that the work flow of the prayer services ran smoothly. She taught on Miracle Mondays and Wonderful Wednesdays sharing her testimony of what God had done for her. She was the right hand to the host and conducted the call when necessary. She also ensured a respected platform for participants to pray. We honor and cherish the time we shared with her in earth... this vessel of God! She was a true example of love, faith and endurance! She will always be remembered AND Never Forgotten. We honor "the late" Elder Paulette R. Woodside; She gained her wings in 2024. She is truly missed and was given a "In Loving Memory" during the 2024 Annual Conference.
