What Is The LifeLine?
The Lifeline Prayerline is a community of dedicated intercessors, prayer warriors, pastors, ministers, counselors, educators, business owners, and individuals who loves, need or want prayer. The ministry is committed to both providing and receiving a daily devotion of prayer, worship, and the Word of God. It is designed for those seeking intimacy with God, spiritual growth, strength, and encouragement within a supportive and faith-filled environment.
The Lifeline Prayerline is hosted by its CEO, and President, Apostle Dr. Emma McDuffie, and founded by her daughter Dione M. Brooks and, as of 2025, co-hosted by Elder Cindy Cason. The ministry was birthed through a powerful moment of intercessory prayer during a time of great personal need, which quickly gave rise to testimonies and an increasing desire among others to unite in prayer. As participation grew, the prayer line expanded into a conference call platform, allowing hundreds to join simultaneously, thus giving rise to The Lifeline Prayerline.
For more than ten years, The Lifeline has served as a place of daily prayer, worship, and the Word, convening Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and gathering annually for corporate fellowship. The ministry has been instrumental in fostering spiritual growth, encouraging believers, and serving as a launching pad for emerging ministries.
The Lifeline welcomes anyone who loves prayer, desires prayer, or simply needs prayer. The lifeline is guided by its motto

Dr. McDuffie, The Wonderful Host of the Lifeline Prayer Line is a phenomenal Woman of God who has faithfully served as host since 2014. Her dedication to this prayer line has been unwavering, and her leadership in guiding conversations and topics during each call has resulted in countless lives being encouraged, strengthened, and transformed.
She ensures that each participant’s time is honored through order, structure, and thoughtful facilitation, teaching and stepping in whenever necessary. Her ability to maintain excellence and ensure the smooth operation of the prayer line is truly unmatched.
Beyond hosting, she creates a sacred portal where believers at every level of faith are empowered to exercise their ministry through prayer. By providing a consistent, systematic routine and a schedule that reflects the needs of the participants, she cultivates an environment of growth, unity, and spiritual maturity.
She offers a respectful and inclusive platform where prayer warriors are able to minister according to their gifting and ability, ensuring that every voice is valued and every level of faith is honored. Her commitment to excellence, order, and spiritual integrity continues to make The Lifeline a powerful place of prayer and connection.

Minister Cason is an amazing Co-Host of the Lifeline Prayer Line, she is a devoted woman of God who genuinely loves both the Lord and His people. She carries a beautiful heart for prayer and a deep passion for lifting others through intercession. Serving with excellence in assisting our Apostle on The Lifeline, she brings dedication, reliability, and a true spirit of service to every call. Her willingness to serve and support others is a true blessing and an invaluable gift to The Lifeline prayer ministry.

In Loving Memory of Elder Paulettte Woodside (Jan 1950-Jan 2024)
The late Elder Paulette R. Woodside served faithfully as a Co-Host and assistant to the prayer line host from 2015 to 2024. With grace and quiet strength, she helped guide the rhythm of the prayer line, ensuring each prayer call flowed smoothly and remained centered in reverence and order.
Elder Woodside was a devoted teacher on Miracle Mondays and Wonderful Wednesdays, courageously sharing her testimony "The Illusion is not the Conclusion, and bearing witness to the mighty works of God in her life. A trusted right hand to the host, she stepped in with confidence when needed and consistently protected a respectful, prayer filled space where voices could be lifted and hearts encouraged.
We honor and cherish the time God allowed us to share with her on this earth, this precious vessel of faith. Elder Paulette Woodside embodied love, unwavering faith, and holy endurance. Though she gained her wings in 2024, her legacy of service, devotion, and prayer continues to speak.
She is deeply missed, eternally loved, and forever remembered. Her life and service were lovingly honored with an “In Loving Memory” tribute at the 2024 Annual Conference.
